Pretty good so far.

I moved into Camden in early June. Everything seems to be going quite smoothly. Maintenance requests filled and no other problems except for the guest parking. It is difficult to get guests to visit and park after hours. There has to be a better system. I spend many days just relaxing pool side, not having to drive and walking to the shops and businesses nearby.

If you're a legit poster, then I look forward to reading your review after you're living there for a few months. But I don't think you're legit; I think you're a Camden employee.

How are you rating this apartment if you aren't even living here yet? So your review is based on what the Camden staff told you? O---kay...yeah... Also, don't believe what people tell you about how bad dog sh it tastes. You should try it for yourself. It tastes good!

we lived at camden for 3 years and only recently moved out due to our jobs. for the most part, our stay was pretty good and we didn't have too many complaints.
the bad:
1. the first year our rent was $1281 (A1D1 model) and then went up to $1421 the next and then finally up to $1592 our last year. yes...it was a total steep mark up but we were too lazy to move
2. the stalking cars that follow into the garage for free parking. i had so many mightmares that those cars were full of criminals waiting to either carjack or rob me
the good:
our maintenance requests were always responded within 24 hours.
yes, leasing office had a huge turnover, but they were always nice.
the good/bad:
after hearing about how you basically don't get your deposit back after you move out, my husband and I seriously cleaned the apartment. We completely cleaned the oven and the bathtub to new (the rest of the apt was pretty clean to begin with). at the end, they only took $99 of our deposit, which is way less than what we expeceted from the postings here. we figured that most of the fines come from dity stoves and bathtubs. so i would suggest that you clean those especially well.
I probably would live here again if i had the choice. you really can't beat the combination of the washer/dryer, location and unlimited/unassigned parking.

To Camden_SUCKS: I've noticed you tend to stalk people who leave positive reviews. Stop being a loser and get a life.

People are losing their jobs like crazy so that's understandable. That could be me next year. But yes the car stalking is a problem, but I always keep my doors lock and always check my surroundings. I had some noisy neighbors above me but they moved out. Nothing like stomping children waking you up on a weekend. Overall, no complaints here.
