I lived here for 2 months in the summer of 2009. Expensive for what you get. Noise is a significant problem. You can hear the washer/dryer, shower, toilet, elevator, stairwell, etc of your neighbors at all hours. The pool is typically overrun with kids and there are a handful of lounge chairs. The exercise room is very small and won't be useful for most people. They do have short term leases and washer/dryer. The location isn't the worst as there are some things to do nearby BUT it isn't the nicest either. You might look elsewhere for similar $$.
