The apartments are impressive upon first sight -- public areas are decently maintained, and the location is great. However, security is very minimal -- I once called security and had to wait over forty minutes for them to show up because they aren't located on the property. Sucks when CSULB kids are partying all night long, almost every night, and you need to get up at seven in the morning to go to work.

And don't count on getting any of your deposit back -- I actually had to take Camden to small claims court because they failed to provide an itemized invoice as required by CA tenant law.

Parties that go on at least in my building are rare. But security isn't not apart of Camden; they hire out. They are patrolling after the office is closed. You cannot say that they are not here because I have walked in the parking garage at 4am and they are patrolling the site. So I dont know what security you are talking about. They are pretty consistent with responding to calls, especially late at night.
