Honestly, the rudest employees. They don't do anything for you in the leasing office. It is overpriced, tow truck drivers walk around the parking lot at night with flashlights in hand looking for a pass. If you didn't know any better, you would think they were thieves scoping out cars. Forget to give a friend who's just stopping by for 5 minutes a pass and watch their car get towed.
Noisy, surprisingly there's a lot of college students even though it's priced so high. You hear lots of road traffic (apartment complex backs to PCH and 7th), especially the buses and cars with loud exhausts going by late at night.
Did I mention the office staff is horrible' Other than making the place look up to date, there isn't anything nice or pleasant about the place. Please do not make the mistake the current residents made by signing a lease and living here.
Many many empty units. When my lease ends I'm out of here. I'm one lazy guy and I hate moving, but I can't stand the thought of giving this place more money and supporting their terrible management.

Try Estancia in Irvine. At least you'll get your own garage and it's a gated community in the center of everything. Everything you could ever ask for is within walking distance.
