| 10/03/2007 | had a studio. it was an alright size for the price for long beach. no real character. never had any problems. everyone, staff and residents, were friendly but a little odd. not necessarily in a bad way, just odd. laundry on site, but there were a couple times i went to use the laundry and it was deadbolted shut, so tenants couldn't get in, because the manager was washing her clothes, which was irritating had the illusion of being a secured complex but there were many ways anyone could walk onto the grounds. if you don't rent a parking space then parking ...
