The noise level at Clair Del gardens sucks.
I live on the ground level. The tenant above me plays music to loud and walks heavy. I have to beat on the walls to tell him to cut it down. The same goes for the next door tenant. I have complained to management (linda) and she did call them to let them know that it was to loud, but on one occasion the came over to listen to it and she told me that she has it worst than me. Also she told me to put up more pictures on my walls Ha!Ha! can you believe that. I am stuck in this place for six more months. If I break my lease, I would have to pay an additional 700 dollars. Parking is awful to any visiters that you might have. One good thing is that they do allow pets. I would not recommend this place to even my enemies.
