I found Clair Del Gardens to be an excellent place to live for me and my fiance. We moved to Clair Del Gardens five years ago and recently moved due to a job transfer. We found the place to be very clean and well maintained. It is an older community, however, the management staff are very attentive to any issues we have had over the years. All of our maintenance issues were addressed within 24 hours. The landscaping is always bright, clean and fresh. The folks in the business office are always friendly and have bent over backwards whenever we needed their help. They accepted packages for us during the holidays and always had a smile on their faces. Overall, our experience was great and we would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, well maintained apartment complex with a friendly and sincere staff. They really are super and we will miss them!
