I have lived here for several years and find it a great place to live. It is the home of diversity with many different ethnicities and ages of people. You have college people, working people and people who want a decent place to live that is close to all the amenities that Southern Calif. has to offer without the hassel of LA living.

The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly and I can attest from experience that they go beyond the call of duty. The management is fair and goes to great lenghts to insure that you get to enjoy the comfort, security and amenities you signed for in your lease (as in a quite, clean community).

When I buy a home, I'm going to hate having to move away because it such a great place to live. We even have "Get to know your neigbor" Bar-B-Ques provided by the magmt.
