After leaving the HELL HOLE of Kerwood Manor Apartments located at 6255 Atlantic Ave...I was basically forced to search for a new residency, I happened to luck up on the Clair Del Gardens, Wonderful community and friendly neighbors, beautiful landscaping, I am particularly pleased with there maintenance services, every maintenance request has been handled within 24 hours, the maintenance people go above and beyond my expectations even putting in a light bulb that blew out in my kitchen and dining area, I highly recommend this apartment it is quiet and fairly cheaper than most apartments going in Long Beach, the only downside is parking is very limited so if you dont have a garage parking space you will not find parking but other than that everything has been great...I am not sugar coating at all trust me you can read my experience that I had with the kerwood Manor Apartments. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
