Clair Del Gardens is an awful place to live. The management is EXTREMELY rude and lazy to say the least, and they just rented out a one bedroom apartment to what seems to be 12 people living there. The neighbor down the way slams his door everytime he comes and goes, at all hours of the night. He fights with his girlfriend all hours of the night, and blasts his music at all hours of the night. The place looks nice but is actually quite run down - The gate that is supposed to secure the parking area (where my car was robbed) does not work half the time and is left wide open for weeks at a time. Meanwhile, the management spends money inputting new mailboxes. Speaking of safety, there were once 3 shooting directly outside of my kitchen window within a 2-day period. The appliances are probably the original that were put in when this place was built, and everything started to fall apart within 6 months of living here. Please do not move here, under any circumstances.
