Lived at the 4901 residence for far too long.

Here's the short list of problems:

The apartment above had a leaky toilet, which soaked the ceiling above my unit, and dripped water into my bathroom for days before maintenance did anything.

The washers/dryers may or may not work once you put your laundry in, and sometimes they stop working halfway through the cycle, and yet they charge ridiculous prices to do a load of laundry.

If you have more than one car, or have anyone visiting for any period of time, parking is an absolute nightmare.

The gate to the parking area works correctly about 75% of the time, the other 25% it is non-functioning.

There are residents who live in the complex who prop the front door to the complex open, so their ghetto friends and family can come into the complex at any time during the night, while most residents are sleeping peacefully, assuming the entry to the complex is limited to residents only. The same front door rarely functions correctly, keeping you from entering or leaving sometimes.

My car was hit while parked a handful of times, and the rear window broken. Some gang-bangers in the area also felt the need to tag my passenger's side window.

There are trashy, ghetto, drug abusers/salesmen hanging around outside at all times.

There were numerous shootings in the area during my stay, including a drive-by which resulted in the death of one individual.

There is at least one prostitute who lives in the complex who has different men over at least 5 days a week.

None of the office staff lives on site, gee, wonder why!'

All of the ads on various websites for the complex state that the apartments are in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that is great to live in. There are very few places I can honestly say would be worse to live in. The short list includes: south central, brooklyn, and TJ.

I moved to a much nicer apartment complex within 10 miles of Clair Dump Ghetto, and only ay $50 more a month, for a much nicer, quieter, larger apartment that I don't fear for my life when entering from outside.

i agree! 4901 clair del gardens apartment is a real --------! and the price that we pay for rent is NOT WORTH IT! Management is horrible. all they do is prance around in their high heels and do NOTHING for the tenants here. They are rude and unprofessional. We pay money for they're salary for them to drive mercedes benz's and implants! F*CK that! The so called "work out room" is ridiculous. How are they going to advertise it when none of the equipment in there works? I cant wait to get the hell out of here.
