I am all too happy to no longer be a resident of this complex. The management is HORRIBLE. They are rude and incompetent. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing or they will try to swindle you later. They hang up on you when you are trying to talk to them. They call you by someone else's name. Rude, rude, rude. Maintenance requests go unanswered until the 3rd or 4th request. They try to pin you for late rent even though you were never late. They lose your rent checks. Maintenance doesn't speak English. The girls in the office are always on MySpace or not even there during business hours. Gate is ALWAYS broken. It's filthy. The laundry is $1.50 a wash and dry regardless of the fact that $0.75 is the norm. They do not abide by the current laws and regulations, so be sure to do your research when looking over their bogus lease.
I can go on and on with complaints about these people. The management office, RW Selby doesn't care about you either and are just as rude. I would not recommend this apartment complex to even my worst enemy. Nobody deserves the treatment they dish out. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Seems to me as though you are just an IRRESPONSIBLE person. I have lived here for over four years and absolutely love the office staff and maintenance. They are such benevolent and professional individuals. Maintenance issues are ALWAYS taken care of within 24-72 hrs. As far as rent checks are concerned.. I have never had an issue with a lost check and am actually considering their new option of auto-debit in which the rent will be automatically deducted from my checking account.. sounds like a hassel free way of making sure that my rent is in on time :D Overall the property is always clean and when in doubt.. the office staff is always willing to answer any questions that I along with the rest of the residents might have. Parking is assigned and as in any other complex the gate might malfunction from time to time, but it is never broken for longer than a day or two since I've lived here. I think that you should find something better to do with your time than bad mouth other people who are not at fault for your irresponsible and negative behavior.

I really appreciate your response. I too have had issues with the horrible management staff. They are often not in there office during business hours and do little to nothing to answer requests. The persons response above sounds like the management trying to make themselves sound better. I've spoken with several other tenants who are very unhappy with their living experience in this community. As you can see from the several other reviews on this page, this is a less than quality community. I hope I help somebody in finding a better place to live.
