This would be a much nicer place if only the management would actually try and enforce the rules with regards to trespassers.
It doesn't matter what time of day or night there are teens/amateur drug dealers that are in front of the building. They are either blocking the entrance where the intercom is, or they are blocking the other entrances. It is very frustrating, but they claim they have staff that walks around and supervises what is going on. (NOT!!!!)
As if that is not annoying enough, the little baby teen thugs are in the bbq area at all hours of the night, smoking their weed and drinking their 40's. When they are not there, they are either in the carport areas, looking to get into trouble, in the back where the picnic tables are or on the side of the building within the complex.....Loud, rude behaviors.
It almost feels pointless in complaining because one, no one cares, and no one wants to have any retribution either from the management or the little thugs....so...it is a perpetual cycle.
On the other hand, the maintenance staff usually responds very quickly and are to be commended.
Get everything in writing with this management, and if you see something wrong with your apartment when you move in; take pictures and keep a record.... You will not get your security deposit back....they are thieves.....
So, it is nice that you are allowed pets, and that they have garden and lawn services.
The laundry room is never cleaned... and now the price is 1.65 to wash an dry....
So, living at Clair Del Gardens is better than being homeless....and that is not saying much.....
