I resided there all too long and saw many coups of ruling clans. The current dark queen is a bit of the tedious variety, but rules the kingdom of the dark overlord with an iron fist. While slightly overzealous with her menial fuedal title that benefits an unseen, unheard dark overlord, she does maintain order amidst chaos. In my own case, the dark forces found it necessary to cast me out into the night as legally they could do so in order to reap greater monatary rewards. I do thank the dark Queen as I am now the master of my own castle.
The castle grounds are impeccably kept as to disquise the crumbling portions of the castle. The dark Queen' Spaniard servants are ready, willing and able to repair any needs you may require in your hovel.
As for entertaining your own clan: Go to their castle! There are more chariots than there are places to put them! You also should know there are many highwaymen in the area that will steal your chariots, steal your gold and ravage your daughters.
In all, I'd say; Beware, The Dark Queen shall enchant you, steal your soul in the night and rip out your still-beating heart to hold in the faces of the resident foul-smelling rabble to spread fear among her impoverished and fearful subjects.

In the peoples English: The apartment manager, while quite capable, is a bit heavy-handed in regards to the welfare of her tenants. Her goose-stepping henchmen are all over anyone you may want to have as a guest come for a swim or if, God forbid, your children want to be outside of the apartment! The grounds are very well-kept, but the buildings are inexpensive stuctures that are beginning to show their years. Outside of the complex, it is really a bad neighborhood. Driving to the location at the end of a cul-de-sac is like skiing a slalom, ther is always someone in the road carrying on conversation between cars or are double parked, or there are several police vehicles in front of one of the many other complexes on the street
If you have children, that act like children or have any desire for a social life at your own apartment, shop around! If you are single and have absolutely no social life, it's a good place!
I lived there for 11 years and my family out-grew the place. During Linda's reign(the manager that everyone crucifies on this website), my children were constantly harassed while in the pool for doing anything aside from silent soaking. Basically, this is not a place to live if you have kids. In the end, I was informed my lease will not be renewed, be out in 30 days. which is the bare minimum legal amount of time for this sort of notice. 60 days would have given me time to find a better apartment that 30 (I didn't want to sign a lease in another ghetto). I thank her as this inspired me to never again want to deal with such a person and I now own my own home!
Overall recommendation: RUN! RUN!! RUN!!!
