DRACONIAN RULES

This place is not family-friendly even though they tell you it is. If you have children, stay away. The managers have made it almost impossible for families to live there. For example, one rule dictates that "all persons under 14 years of age need to be supervised by an adult resident at all times." The managers are unapproachable and unprofessional. If you need something fixed, it takes a very long time to get them to respond. For the money, do not rent there.
