Cooper Arms

This place was beautiful. I leased a unit from a condo owner a few years ago and just loved it. The building is nice and one of the standouts in Long Beach. Everyone I know has nice things to say about this place because of the history, decor, etc... Parking could be much better, but I was there so briefly I really couldn't complain. The area's nice (nicer than most of Long Beach) and it's situated in just the right area- close to downtown, Bellmont Shores and THE BEACH. Things that stood out to me was the plumbing was a bit old, but it worked, the kitchen could've been much nicer, but it was adequate. My neighbors were pretty cool, which is surprising, because at the time I was a loud 21 yr. old. A lot of these units were being subleased at the time, too. I don't know if they still do that, but it brought in a very young crowd. Oh also I would've liked a real balcony and not an old fire escape New York style looking one. I really have no complaints other than I would've liked better amenities and parking, but this could've changed since I lived here.
