Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lived there so that I can tell you this: don't live there. It is a depressing rat hole. I mean, you tend to think that because you are living in Southern California that it will be nice. Yet over the Gondolier there is a very dark cloud of noise, crazy parking situation, and the poor quality of the management that make you feel crappy in a great place.
