I lived in the apt for three years. I needed to save money, so dealt with the tiny apt, bad fridge, crazy parking and the attitude of all the managers that kept being changed every few months. I guess they select the worst manager and then replace them with even worse managers when they find one. After three years, I cleaned my apartment very well, spent two days doing just that. Got the carpet cleaned and everything fixed. After leaving, they sent me an invoice for $50. When I tried to find out why they were not returning my deposit, and over that charging me the extra $50, the manager was very rude and told me that it was because I stayed so long, that they have to charge me for wear of the carpet. She told me to contact her supervisor if I had any issues. I tried to call her supervisor maybe about 25 times, and every time would hear that he is out and will return my call when he returns. I just landed paying the $50 to put this place behind me.
The place is bad as it is noisy and they do not maintain it properly.
