I lived at the Godolier Apts for over 4 years and Loved it. It is a hop skip and a jump from LBCC and LBSU is one block away. It is walking distance from grocery stores and buses run all the time. They have a great pool which is always kept clean, a small gym, and an on site laundry facility. The Apt is small but great for a student or a couple starting out. The apartments are queit and I had great neighbors. If any problems occur the manager is quick to take care of it as long as you voice your concers, minds are not easily read. You are close to the ocean and great gathering places. I never had any problems living here and I was sad to leave, but life moves forward.
