The 2bd. apt. itself is spacious and clean. The neighbors are LOUD!! The apartments are so close together you can hear people burping next door. Lots of screaming and yelling, doors slamming,stomping up the stairs, parties etc. I didn't get one decent night of sleep in a year!! You can complain as much as you want, (I know I did) management never did a thing, they even seemed annoyed that I was complaining. The aprtments are so close together you look out one window, you see either stucco walls, or into your neighbors apt. you look out the other side you see the same thing. There is a sliding glass door in the bedroom, but no private balcony. Anyone can just walk by, and if there is any kind of breeze, you better have your clothes on!! I value my sleep, and my privacy, but if you don't, the Grand Terrace is perfect for you!!
