I called to gather some information, and was APPALLED at the horrible customer service. The leasing person who I spoke to ---------------. I let her know that I wasn't giving her any reason to be curt with me (which was true), and she responded with, "If I'm coming across that way, I probably just need more coffee." SERIOUSLY' I told her it was a completely inappropriate attitude to have from a customer service standpoint, and her answer was, "Mmmhm."
