I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The property manager, particularly, will lie right to your face and not even think twice about. The complex is really nothing to look twice at, not a great area of Long Beach. Parking is a pain. And you pay for EVERYTHING. Once you give your notice they are nothing but rude and disrespectful. You can find MUCH MUCH better for less.
