I have lived at the Grand Terrace Apartments for over two years. The office staff and the maintenance staff are wonderful. They are VERY courtsey and VERY helpful. They take care of all of our maintenance problems in a timely manner and they do a excellent job. The office staff will always go the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend this place.
