This is the noisiest place I've ever lived at. It was a constant cacophony of car alarms, cars with booming stereos and an endless party. There are no managers onsite after 5 pm at which time the place became a free-for-all. One night, some drunks were throwing bottles off balconies to the pavement far below. Glass scattered everwhere, including on people's cars. Another night, my neighbors moved in at midnight, banging furniture into the wall. Loud parties were held several times a week. The management did nothing about those tenants--they were still there when I left. They just want the money--if the tenant pays, they stay.

Repairs were half-assed. I asked for my dishwasher to be repaired a number of times--it never was.

The laundry room is not in your building or anywhere near it. It is a greuling trek as lug 50 lbs of laundry. Big minus unless you never wash your clothes.

I got the heck out of there and have the best landlords in the world now!
