Its funny reading these comments. The fact is the complex caters to a lot of college students and college students, fresh out of the arms of mommy and daddy don't quite understand why they don't get royal treatment and royal accomodations. I lived here from 1998 to 2000 and then lived in the adjacent "The Palms" complex from 2002 to 2004. Hathaway was not a bad place to live. The construction is 1987, so it isn't nearly as bad as older construction. Sure, some of the college kids might have a party here or there. Reading some of the complaints about not accomodating SUVs and hand-sized cockroaches, I just couldn't believe how silly and unfair. I did have my cars broken into a couple of times while there. My insurance took care of everything. You can't expect the apartment complex to do anything. It was a fine place to live. I'm considering moving back.
