Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move in here. The noise was the highest level of any place I have lived in my entire life. When we reported this to the management, they would never follow through with their policy. The management were witches! But of course sweet as pie to my husband, weird! And to top it off, we wanted to stay for 2-3 months after our lease (month to month) - they increased our rent $300 a month unless we signed another year lease. This place has made me fearful of renting from another large complex. Please take this review seriously. I'm not writing this because I'm angry or have a vendetta. I lived here about 1 and a half years ago but I just found this site and am trying to save someone else the headache we experienced. Oh and this is where they caught the long beach rapist back in 2003 while we lived there, nice. Not to mention the thugs hanging around the laundry rooms. Security is nowhere to be found.

lucky 72 your high, the rapist was found in the adjacent neighborhood not in this complex, so don't tell me your not angry, you bold-face liar, Hathaway is expensive yes, but noisy...NO!
