I have read all the reviews and I do agree with some of them, BUT these residents need to understand that apartments are never perfect! You are living under their rules and you can't expect someone to be there to help you at every second. I have never had horrible problems before and I never really had any problems with the staff either. I don't really care for Aubrey, but that is because sometimes she seems a little rude. I have searched and searched for another apartment that would suit my needs as a young woman going to school at CSULB, but I haven't been able to. Marbrisa is still more expensive to move in and every other place, such as Baycrest is WAY too loud. College students are constantly having parties and why would I want that' I work full time too...I NEED TO SLEEP! I never hear anything around here...I don't know where all the other people are living, hearing people playing the bass at 1 in the morning. it is quiet on my end. Anyway, all I am trying to say is that people need to get over it. Buy a condo or a house is you are so upset with the setting of an apartment! Cause trust me...there is nothing better for less anywhere around CSULB!!!

I DIDN'T CARE FOR HER EITHER. THEN ONE DAY HER VAG WAS STRADLING MY PIZOLE! AND EVERYTHING WAS ALL BETTER FROM THAT DAY FORTH
