lived there five years ago. The staff is rude, and it's like living in the community of the stepford wives. I always felt watched...management knew when I came home, when I went to work, when I went out, etc. That was incredibly bothersome and eerily creepy. Parking was tight, my car sustained plenty of dings and dents, and when i kindly asked one of my ----y neighbors about parking a reasonable distance from me, just so that I could get into my car...period...I was berated in a 2 page letter on my windshield. Since the building is so close to to CSULB, there were nothing but constant noise and parties at all hours of the night. The gates never really worked, the pool was filthy, the laundry facilities may as well have been on the other side of town, and don't even think about breaking your lease. I had to break it several months early for a work related transfer, and even though my rent was paid up, upon leaving, they kept my security depost, and have, for the past five years, attempted to sue me for an additional $1700 that they are NOT owed just because they are miffed that I just up and left and said "to hell" with your iron-clad contract. Overall, stay away. The management is a group of cold, scrupulous, snoops that are sly as foxes. They watch, they scruitinize, and after you leave, they'll never leave you alone. You won't get back your security deposit, no matter how fastidious you are (like me), and your neighbors will probably be sex addicts, drug addicts, or realy loud college kids. B E W A R E!
