This place is a decently safe place to live, but there is NO guest parking ever,it is noisy, the neighborhood is declining is intregrity due to many domestic violence disturbances, the pool is ALWAYS dirty, the laundry room has the SMALLEST washer and dryer for the HIGHEST prices, and the staff is just awful. They are extraordinarily unprofessional and try to screw people out of money based on tiny technicalities. Apparently, you need to MEMORIZE your entire lease agreement and remember it 12 months later. Also, they try to screw over current residents with upping rent after you're lease is due. They tried to up my tiny one bedroom, one closet rent to $1350, when they were offering larger units for cheaper. They paint over mold, so after a few months, the mold is so terrible you cannot get rid of it (and I'm sure they'll charge me for that at the end). Also, their blinds, towel racks, showers, linoleum are cheap and easily destroyed, which is another cost from your deposit!

Also, some guy killed himself in the street this year while I was a resident. Pretty nasty.

DO NOT EVER RENT HERE!!! IT IS NO GOOD AND WILL ONLY CAUSE PROBLEMS

drug user lives there, that is why are issue. alcohol users there also.
