My husband and I lived here for 1 yr and left when our lease was up only because I adopted a dog and they were not allowed. Though I completely agree with the parking (the WORST ever) overall it was a nice place to live; in a good area of Long Beach, I always felt safe; it is relatively quiet (except for a couple of loud parties) and maintenance was always prompt and courteous. The office staff was not my favorite so I tried to deal with them as little as possible. To be perfectly honest, if they allowed dogs, I would move back tomorrow.
