I have had a decent experience living here. Rent is high but it is normally pretty quiet. Whenever I called in any problems it was taken care of in a day or two. The staff was always friendly whenever I went in the office and took care of whatever I needed. I liked going in there because the asian girl Stacy is cute and friendly and she always took care of every problem I ever had. Just go straight to her if you need anything or want something done because the rest of the staff just ends up asking her anyway. My few complaints were people parking in my space, they need some signs up throughout the complex that say the spots are reserved. When I took this complaint to the office the blonde manager just told me there was sign on the front gate. It is so small and you can't see it unless you're really looking. I've seen a major decrease in the last few months regarding those pesky stray cats, so that's always good. Overall a good experience though, I had to transfer jobs and she helped me find a new complex to move into so I didn't even have to pay to break my lease. I recommend the place and if you choose to live there pick an apartment at the top of the hill.
