This place has gone downhill in the last 6 months or so especially since the manager Jennifer started running the place. She is unprofessional, does not return phone calls, does not take your calls when you ask for her specifically, and she has no idea what is going on. She shouldn't be the manager. I used to like the place, it was quiet and did not have any major problems. Any time I had a problem before it was taken care of. I never had any problems with my account because the asian girl before was able to explain everything to me and gave me the right amount each time. I constantly get rude letters stating I owe money now with no explanation. When I call in to ask why I owe the money this new girl just says she is not sure but she sees a balance. It's ridiculous and they're rude and snotty about it. Now with a ll the break-ins I don't feel safe anymore either. They seem to do nothing about it either. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team. They're nice and always say hello when they see you. If things would go back to the way they were over a year ago I would stay, but with the horrible staff, all the problems, and the rent increase I am moving out next month. Good riddance.
