I'm a current resident. My main complaint is the office staff. The new batch they have here is totally incompetent, what other reviewers said about -------- is true. She is incompetent. To put it bluntly, she is slow and STUPID. After you move in, don't expect anything from -------- as far as help and assistance. I am writing a letter to the corporate office to let them know what an incompetent boob they have running this property and direct them to this website so they can read for themselves the reviews. Previous staff was very friendly and very sensitive to the needs of the tenants, current staff does not give a damn. They're just there to collect their paycheck. The maintenance crew is outstanding, I guess because they've been here longer than the office staff. Equity should boot -------- and promote one of the maintenance person.

I couldn't agree more with you. The last year has been completely horrible, since -------- got there it has been downhill. She is incompetent, lazy, and fake.

I don't know man...she seems alright to me. She might be at the bar a bit much, but she was more than fair with my wife and I. The office staff seems a bit slow on the uptake for sure, but they are nice.
