I moved here in the fall of 2006 because I was attending CSULB. As a young woman/student, I found it perfect for me! Complex is quiet and has a chill atmosphere. I have never had any problems with my fellow neighbros or the management team. Management promptly attended to any of my maintenance requests and were always helpful. The month-to-month made it easy for me being a student to leave after graduating with school and moving on. I wasn't stuck with a lease. :) I would definitely recommend this place.

yea you can always tell when the company writes their own reviews...these apartments are garbage i give Kerwood Manor 2 thumbs down...1. GHETTO 2. YOU WILL GET ROBBED 3. HELICOPTERS ON A REGULAR BASIS 4. POOR STAFF & MAINTENANCE 5. COMPLEX IS OUTDATED

actually....I was a real tenant and not with the company. What are you so upset about? and why are you anonymous??? Yea....its' funny when people probably get evicted and are just angry and want to post mean messages on the internet because thats all they can do. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

i used to live there too when I attended The Beach and have to agree with the two thumbs down comment. You don't "really" see how terrible it is until you move out.
