I enjoyed my time at Le Park, lots of trees outside the units and space between each building made it feel more like a condo than an apartment. Also, there is a nice park one block away. However, there is one big drawback to these units; the insulation is not good. Thus, summer afternoons upstairs get really hot, you have to install a window cooler to survive. Downstairs would probably be much better but still hot.
