Shady rent collection practices

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
We signed a lease for one year and always paid our rent on time. A few times, management told us that small amounts of money were owed, yet we had proof that the rent was paid in full. Be sure to keep all copies or your payments. We are currently disputing a demand for rent payments that was sent to collections. Be warned.
