New management is CRAPPY! I applaud them for trying to upgrade the building, but they need to be more careful about who they are letting into the building. It is now subsudized living and unfortunately all the unemployed welfare/GR/and Section 8 crowd is taking over the building. THe apartments are nice inside and out, but one is afraid to walk through the building because of all the thugs hanging out. It is going downhill fast. These kind of people were not allowed in before. Now they yell and play music late at night. They smoke marijuana, especially in the back of the building. Even the kids are bad. The go outside and break stuff. As soon as something is installed or repaired, it is torn down or broken. Ghetto people complain about their surroundings, but when they are given a nice place to live, they don't respect it. Not all low income people are bad, Parwood should find some less rowdy people who meet the criteria. More families and elderly people.
