New security gates installed, preventing access to everyone... Even the residents!
Iron fences installed ACROSS the sidewalks, preventing wheelchair access to street level. Cars towed away with no notice... $200 to get them back. Police and Fire units visit with distressing regularity. Frequent gunshots heard. Has high turnover of office personell. All BBQ equipment is broken and you can't use your own (lease violation).
Platt Security patrols... 'nuff said. Speed bumps every 15 feet (it seems). Waiting for them to install Armed Guard Towers. Children run rampant because of parents and 'child abuse laws'. Apartment inspections occur far too frequently and with limited notice ( 3 days, if you're lucky). Low Income Recertification process is a nightmare. Three day notices are handed out regularly on the 6th of the month, like candy on Halloween. Trash dumpsters are always full and overflow into the street.
