I recently visited this Apartment, The lady i met with was Rude, Cold, a bit harsh and disrespectful.Her name was felisa ,I am a former Marine And . I have 3 degrees( A.A ,B.A,Masters In Forensics).I do not wear any of my titles on my sleeve, I am a down to earth single Mother that Lives for her kids.However, she looked at me as if i were dirt. I was well dress,no make up. Spoke politely and asked appropriate questions of the facility, HOWEVER , each question she put to me seem a bit degrading, and spoken down as if i were an Idiot.I was applauded at her demeanor, Looking off as she spoke to me, disinterested in the explained information she was giving. I got the impression she did not like me.I have trained over hundreds of people in how to speak, and show interest or concern,or perhaps even empathic listening. This women showed none. She made it very, very clear to me,What her feelings were.She even went so far as to explain the apt amount and question my financial status ,I did Explain that I made 3 times the amount required, She then looked at me, and stated well 'Well, we need proof .And THEY still have to go to your Current home to see how you Live" I am sorry i have never heard of that. She Is pretty much a -----.Plain and simple and i would never put my kids throw that,My Kids are all Young Marines Tought to respect Adults But when we left My Daughter told me ,She looked her and rolled her eyes,To a 12 y.o in a Uniform ' Your Kidding right '.I served my Country...I am a Vet.I was trained to have Honor , Respect, Courtesy . So that This ----- can act high and mighty 'I could never live there. THANK GOD

I am so sorry you were treated that way. She was a temporary employee and didn't last a month. I have worked here for over two years and have never received comments as these about a staff member. We treat all tenants and applicants with respect. I apologize for her she gave us all a bad name.
