Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved into a 1 bedroom when I was 19 years old and I loved it! It had its moments when the noise was a problem, but that was because of the residents, not the apartment complex itself. At that time my rent was only 646 a month and in cali, it's hard to find something that low that isn't a studio. Maintenance responded fast as well and I felt safer with security driving around periodically. Now I did experience the towing thing wher they tow without warning and it costs 200 to get it out. I didn't like that at all. It was a friend of mines car so it was also embarasing.
