although i'am mad they we had to pay the $50 bucks deposit and should've checked the reviews first; but no need to since i witnessed a whole lot for only being there for 20 minutes. Pretty much we got a snobby lady not wanting to help us out. My husband and I walked into the office and were not greeted at all! We waited there for about 5 minutes until she finally got up and spoke with us. Got an application and we were out the door, seemed like she was busy, but no other "future tenants" were in there. Anyway, the next day, dropped of the application with our deposit, walked out and all you hear is cursing... there was a man in a wheelchair smoking marijuana along with a man in his car. i told my husband this was a huge mistake and that this place is probably for low income families or something. i am not a racist or anything believe me, but i've had my fair share of living around a bunch of ------- americans and when you have lived by the ones with their 5 kids running around, knocking on your door, destroying the property, the one's who beats their kids cursing at them, the one who complains about everything, smoking pot at night, drug deals and whatever else...
then you know that you do not want to live around all that anymore. like I said, not all are bad, but when your moving into a cheap low income place, guaraunteed that that's what you're going to get.
anyway, they didn't accept us, there was no reason at all, but i believed it's because my husband made wayyy to much and when searching further, found it there were requirements and that you had to make a certain amout. glad they didn't accept us though!!!

It is a low income housing hahaha! I learned that d day we were gonna apply. I'm just glad we didn't qualify= )
