The apartment complex is ran by gangsters. The management compnay only cares about money, not the safety of it's tenants. I moved out because gangbangers smoked drugs in the laundry rooms and would follow my 15 year old daugter in, when we tried to wash. She was afraid to go in at night. If you are a male and walk through the center of the complex you will be asked where you are from. When you call the office to complain they say they are only there from 9-6 and there is nothing they can do, write upper managerment. The security is a joke, they only tow cars and are either scared of the gangsters or eating at a females house when they are there.
When I moved out the manager would not meet with me so I waived my right to a walk through as I left the apartment clean and in move in condition. They sent me a bill saying they had to replace all the doors, closet and interior, carpet cleaning and large stain removal and I had cleaned the carpet just a month prior. Plus they added other crazy charges like remove wire cables, which were there when I moved in.

This is typical of them. The only time anything gets repaired properly is when an inspection is looming. The maintenance is horrible . You're right the gangs do run the place. Security is way too lax, if they would get out of the car and walk they might lose weight and do their job at the same time. There are no cameras on the North side of the complex. So if your vehicle gets broken into or god forbid a child gets shot there is no record of it and they will never catch the perp. Anybody that lives on the property or has lived there in the past should sue for negligence and child endangerment!!!!!!
