Worst apartment living for the price

I've lived in about 10 different apartment complexes all across LA and this is by far the worst. A list of our experiences:
The noise from the bars on Pine gets really annoying between Thursday through Sunday night. We were told that the noise is not noticeable by management when we moved in. Residents have complained about the noise with no response from management.
About twice a month the streets are filled with police with helicopters hovering because of people refusing to leave Pine after closing or because of gang fights.
The smell from the trash from the complex, movie theaters and restaurants gets pretty nauseating. The maintenance upkeep of the garage area is very poor.
The elevators break constantly and have been out of service at least 7 times during our short stay here.
The fire alarms go off constantly. We've counted the fire alarm going off 5 times in one day. We hear the alarms at least once a month.
The water has been shut off for maintenance in the morning on a weekdays at least 3 times since moving in.
Our car was broken into on the first week of staying here.
We've had a number of different kind of insects invading our apartment even though our kitchen and rooms are kept spotless. Management has made attempts to control the pests but with no success and with very slow and inconvenient response times.
The place allows pets but has no "safe" place to take your pet for a walk.
We've called maintenance to have certain things fixed and have waited in excess of 2 months to get results.
If you're thinking of moving here think again. There are plenty of other places to stay in Long Beach that are cheaper, safer, nicer, quieter and allow pets.
