Contrary to the opinion of the person (BAD MANAGEMENT NO CABLE) who obviously was thrown out of the building, I have lived in this building for 3 years, and while there were some transitional difficulties, the new management has done a wonderful job of revitalizing this building and has become the cornerstone for the revival of the Pine Ave. District. I have lived in many places, and this is by far the best and most responsive management company I've ever rented from, and the conveniences in/around the apartment building are difficult to compare with the normal "services" that most complexes provide. It almost feels like I'm living in a hotel instead of an apartment.
