They raise the rent, management never gets around to your needs, they are rude and slow. Elevators are always broken and water shut off when needed in the early morning. They claim they gave security, which is random. Dogs are allowed to roam without leashes. My car was damaged 2x and since the parking is open to anyone going to the movies, anyone and everyone is allowed in. Parking is ok if you don't mind people driving the wrong way to get out because of laziness...very dangerous (a few times saved by an inch). I am moving, warning...do not move here, you will regret. Management sucks!
