Pacific Court is ideal if you're looking for a prime location in the heart of lively and active downtown Long Beach. But that's not for everyone. Some people won't want to live steps from lively (and loud, especially on weekends) Pine Avenue; other folks will move here because of that! Starbucks, Z Gallerie, cool restaurants -- and Hooters and a 7-Eleven -- are nearby. If you're looking for an active, urban lifestyle, you'll love it; if you want peace and quiet, downtown -- and Pacific Court -- is not for you.
