I have been a resident Since March 1 2006...
I love it, However, Hot water is something they do not like to supply you with. I get up at 4:30 in the morning and it takes over 20 minutes to get hot water. The Maintenance people have no idea what they are talking about and they still have not fixed the problem. The funny thing is my father is a plumber and he knows what the problem is before even looking at it!

I moved in April 07 and I'm having the same problem. I have a two bedroom and one bathroom water get hot and the rest of the apt water is warm. Still waiting for the maintenance guys to come and fix it.....
