During my short stay, the place appeared to be well kept whith no major insect problems (save fruit flies). There were some problems with grafitti being written on the elevator (which was quickly removed). My apartment had a washer/dryer combo in the unit and some great low maintainence berber carpet. Except for the noise level on the street, I had no major problems during my stay. My main beef was that in addition to a small space for a lot of money, there were also only two small closets in my place (with one third of the hall one taken up by the washer/dryer combo).
