I have gotten to know the staff very well, since I've lived here for 7 years. They are always friendly, and always great me with a smile. They have always made me feel at home since the moment I moved in. The place is always very clean, and the time to complete repairs has always been fast. This place has gone thru alot of remodeling since I've been here. Yes, sometimes the elevators are not available, but I understand that things break down. A couple of my favorite things about living here is the easy access to downtown, and the outstanding service from the management. I am going to miss this place, even the downtown noise.
