This place is in a ghetto neighborhood. I could look out any of my windows any hour of the day and see at least one cop. It's extremely noisy all the time. I've heard/seen car accidents, arrests, muggings, and fights from my balcony/windows. There are constantly ants no matter what and the fire alarm goes off on a regular basis, and 90% of the time it happens at 2am. The parking garage attendants are rude. The office staff never answers the phone and constantly are out of the office. The appliances suck and the carpet is bad, it gets dirty after a week of moving in. There is a park filled with bums right across the street and its just not a family neighborhood at all.
